I love this faucet and have had no problems with it. I don't know why people make such a big deal about the spray function. It doesn't bother me in the least. When I am spraying things I usually have it pulled out and in one hand anyway. Also Grohe customer service is simply amazing. When I bought this faucet years ago I also bought one of their soap dispensers. It was very expensive but broke inside and after a couple years and would not pump soap any longer. I sent them an email about it and they sent me a brand new model that works even better than the previous one and delivered it within a week. They didn't need a receipt or anything. They didn't even ask me how old it was! If you have something not working with one of their products...let them know...chances are they will just send you a new part no charge. I will always use their products after my experiences with them.
